NAS performs both Retained and Contingency Searches for Casualty Actuaries. Generally, assignments under $250K annual compensation are handled on a Contingency basis, while most assignments above this level are handled on a Retained basis.
NAS focuses exclusively on Casualty Actuarial searches anywhere in the U.S. and do fill searches in off-shore markets as well. We are well recognized among P&C companies, Consulting Firms and Brokers and, certainly, the Actuaries who perform their jobs within the industry.
NAS effectively serves the Global Marketplace from our offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. We regularly attend CAS Meetings to remain in touch with industry trends, Client Companies and practicing professionals.
Whenever possible, NAS tries to fill positions with candidates local to the hiring company. Our geographical location has never prevented us from filling P&C Actuarial jobs. In fact, we've filled positions for most major companies and in every major Actuarial market utilizing Actuarial professionals.
